The glue used is non solvent so wont hurt the eyes if it gets into them, you should not really wear mascara with eyelash extensions in and you should not get them into contact with any oils, you should also not pull them or play about with them as this will shorten their life span. Semi permanent eyelash extensions should last for as long as the eyelash they are attached to if you follow the advice given, this is a life span of around 3-4 weeks.
